How do I update my shipping address?

If you need to change your address or anything else on the order, please email us immediately at flygirlcandles@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your changes depending on the status of the shipment.

Does my shipment have a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information once the item has shipped.  You can always track your page on our order tracking page.

How long does it take for the order to ship?

We typically ship within 2-7 days after order has been processed. 

How soon can I expect to get my order?

You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information once the item has shipped. This will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
