Our candles are crafted using a premium soy coconut wax blend and high-quality, phthalate-free fragrances. We use lead-free cotton wicks to ensure a clean burn that is safe for your home and your spirit.
How long will my candle burn?
We pride ourselves on creating a long-lasting candle. With a burn time of over 60 hours, you can enjoy your favorite scents for a long time. By following proper candle care—like trimming your wick to 1/4 inch—you will ensure the best possible F.L.Y. Girl experience.
How long does shipping take and can I track my order?
We strive for fast shipping to get your self-care essentials to you quickly. Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure they don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Once your order is on its way, you will receive shipping updates and order tracking information via email.
What should I bring to a candle making workshop?
Our Louisville workshop is all about fun and creativity! For our DIY candle class, all you need to bring is yourself and a positive attitude. We are a BYOB friendly space, so feel free to bring your favorite snacks and drinks to enjoy while you pour. We also host private events for birthdays and bridal showers.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Your customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund policy covers items that are not delivered. If there are any issues with your candle upon arrival, please contact us immediately. In some cases, we may request returns of the product for testing purposes so we can maintain our high quality standards.
