Returns Policy
The return policy for orders placed with FLY GIRL CANDLES is as follows:
A return and/or exchange will only be approved for a physical item if the item received is proven to be damaged and/or defective. For an item to be eligible for a return and/or exchange, FLY GIRL CANDLES must receive documented proof of purchase and photographic proof of the damaged and/or defective item within 10 days of the date of delivery. Return and/or exchange requests must be sent to FLYGIRLCANDLES@GMAIL.COM. In the event that a return and/or exchange resulting in a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Gift cards are excluded from this policy and are not eligible for return and/or exchange and cannot be replaced if lost. Gift cards do not expire.
